This stamp is mint and never hinged but it's not really a proper postage stamp in the traditional sense i.e. it is not listed as a stamp issued by a recognised UPU postal administration. Stamps like these were typically designed and printed for the collector market rather than for postal use. It doesn't stop them being quite fun to collect or to use for crafts,
